We are looking for a creative and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and execute influencer collaborations across platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in marketing agencies and handling influencer partnerships, along with strong communication skills and a good understanding of the digital creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, negotiation, and coordination
  • Draft briefs, share guidelines, and ensure influencers deliver content aligned with brand objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator managers
  • Coordinate timely deliveries, approvals, and posting schedules
  • Track campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare detailed campaign reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging
  • Handle barter and paid collaborations while ensuring budget efficiency
  • Maintain and update dashboards, databases, and influencer performance metrics
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a marketing agency or consumer brand
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, content styles, and audience demographics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
