About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sourcing and managing influencers, coordinating campaigns, and building long-term relationships with content creators.

Key Responsibilities

1) Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms

2) Evaluate influencer metrics, content quality, and audience authenticity

3) Manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding

4) Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans based on brand objectives.

5) Conduct briefing calls and track content delivery timelines

6) Build and maintain long-term, brand-aligned relationships

7) Monitor performance and report on campaign results

Requirements

1) 1-2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably from an agency background.

2) Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer categories, and digital trends.

3) Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

4) Ability to evaluate influencer performance metrics using tools such as Instagram Insights, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms.

5) Detail-oriented with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
