About the Job
We're looking for someone who genuinely lives on social media and understands internet
culture, trends, creators, and how brands communicate online. This is an entry-level role ideal
for someone who wants hands-on experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and
social media marketing.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to identify influencers, build relationships with
creators, coordinate campaigns, and help grow the brand online.
Role Description
- Influencer Marketing Co-ordinator
- Location: Bengaluru
- Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, and other platforms.
- Reach out to influencers via DMs, email, and outreach platforms
- Coordinate influencer collaborations from onboarding to campaign execution
- Follow up with creators for content, timelines, posting schedules, and deliverables
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and creator culture
- Assist in planning influencer campaigns and gifting/barter collaborations
- Support the team with social media marketing and campaign ideas
- Help track campaign performance and engagement metrics
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok/Reels culture, and social media trends
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Meta business suite, Google Sheets, and social media platforms is a MUST.
- Someone with high screen time and genuine interest in internet culture/social media trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing/social media/influencer marketing
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge are welcome to apply
- Good written English and communication skills

- Have managed a social media page before
- Have worked with influencers or creator collaborations
- Understand trending formats, and viral content
- Are naturally active on Instagram/Reels/TikTok/Pinterest
