Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building meaningful relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with UrbanGabru's values and target audience. The Influencer Marketing Associate will negotiate collaborations, manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, and ensure timely execution and content delivery across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels. The role includes coordinating briefs, tracking performance metrics, maintaining influencer databases, and supporting social media and marketing initiatives. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and creative teams is expected to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable impact from influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to build and maintain professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Basic Sales and negotiation skills to secure favorable influencer partnerships and drive measurable campaign outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize future influencer activities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and creator ecosystems relevant to fashion, grooming, and lifestyle.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or digital marketing within fashion, grooming, or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
