Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and onboard influencers, creators, and brand advocates across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Assist in negotiating deliverables, rates, and timelines with influencers.
Coordinate product seeding campaigns, including selecting influencers, shipping products, and tracking results.
Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
Maintain and update the influencer database, campaign trackers, and performance metrics.
Monitor influencer content for compliance with brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with social media, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Stay up to date on influencer trends, skincare industry news, and competitor campaigns.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
Good to have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
12 years of experience in influencer marketing in beauty/skincare industry preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and social media trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
