Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Influencer Marketing Associate to support end-to-end
execution of influencer campaigns. This role is ideal for a fresher who has prior internship
experience in influencer marketing and understands how creator-brand collaborations work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach to delivery
- Manage communication with influencers, agencies, and internal teams
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers
- Track campaign performance and ensure timely reporting
- Maintain and update influencer databases and outreach pipelines
- Ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns with zero delays
Requirements
- Fresher with prior internship experience in influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
- Basic understanding of campaign metrics and reporting is a plus
