Job Role
We are looking for an
Influencer Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand using influencers as a performance-driven marketing channel. This role involves finding the right influencers, coordinating with them, ensuring content quality, and tracking campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Evaluate influencers based on views, engagement, audience quality, and relevance.
- Reach out to influencers, manage communication, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Review influencer scripts/content before posting to ensure correct messaging and CTA.
- Track campaign performance, including views, clicks, leads, and cost per lead (CPL).
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Support building and following structured processes and SOPs for influencer marketing.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Clear written communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and performance tracking
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Experience Required
- 1 year to 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience managing multiple influencers is a plus
