Role Overview

They are looking for a creative and hands-on Influencer & Content Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence across social media. This role combines influencer marketing, content creation, and video production, working closely with the internal creative team from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Identify, research, and shortlist relevant influencers and creators
• Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and campaign timelines
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators
• Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement

Content Creation & Writing

• Write captions, scripts, and short-form content for social media
• Adapt content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts
• Use AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency

Video Ideation & Production

• Ideate concepts for reels, short videos, and product content
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team on scripting
• Assist in video shoots and production workflows
• Work closely with the in-house cinematographer

On-Camera & Production Support

• Participate in shoots when required (optional but preferred)
• Support production activities and team coordination

Requirements

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and influencer marketing
• Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, content tools)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with influencers or managing collaborations
• Understanding of social media trends and short-form video formats
• Comfort appearing on camera or doing hand-modelling
