Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale our external traffic ecosystem. Your goal is to partner with US-based creators to drive high-intent traffic to Amazon and our Shopify store. This role requires a high degree of operational rigor, relationship management, and a technical understanding of attribution modeling to move the needle on brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Creator Recruitment: Identify, vet, and onboard US-based home and lifestyle creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) who align with CDD's premium brand voice.
- Amazon Influencer & Associates Ownership: Build and scale the Amazon Influencer Program to drive external traffic that boosts organic ranking and brand presence.
- DTC Affiliate Engine Management: Lead the Shopify-based affiliate program (e.g., Shopify Collabs), managing commission structures and partner relationships to drive high-intent DTC traffic.
- Briefing & Creative Direction: Collaborate with the Content Writer and Visual Designer to provide influencers with briefing packs that ensure brand-aligned storytelling and effective feature callouts.
- Performance & Attribution Tracking: Use Amazon Attribution and Shopify analytics to move beyond vanity metrics and measure the precise impact of creator activity on revenue, CAC, and LTV.
- Campaign & Event Synchronization: Align creator posting schedules with high-traffic periods, including Amazon Prime Day, Wayfair Way Day, and CDD site-wide seasonal promotions.
- UGC Pipeline Management: Secure usage rights for high-performing influencer content to be repurposed as social proof in PPC ads, A+ content, and Amazon Brand Stores.
- Testing & Experimentation: Run structured experiments with different creator archetypes and offer types to optimize conversion and ROI.
Required Skills
- US Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the US social media landscape and consumer behavior in the home goods category.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with influencer CRM tools, Amazon Seller Central (Attribution), and Shopify Plus.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to convert analysis into actions by tracking actual revenue contribution and CAC efficiency.
- Strong Communication: Ability to pitch CDD's value proposition and negotiate with high-profile creators and external agencies.
