Job Description

About Drytis

Drytis is an AI-powered software development company building a new way for businesses to turn ideas into production-ready software.

We are an early-stage company, which means we move quickly, experiment constantly, and expect people to take real ownership of their work.

We're looking for someone who can build and own our influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing function from the ground up.

This is not a role where you will receive a list of creators to contact every morning.

We need someone who can figure out who we should work with, find them, reach out, negotiate partnerships, launch campaigns, track performance, improve what isn't working, and continuously find the next opportunity.

Job Title: Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Strategist

Location : Fully Remote Job -WFH- (No Hybrid)

Job Type : Full time

You will own Drytis's influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives end to end.

Your responsibility does not stop at outreach.

You will be expected to identify relevant creators and affiliates, develop partnership strategies, conduct outreach, negotiate deals, coordinate content, manage campaigns, track deliverables, analyze performance, maintain relationships, and continuously improve the program.

If creators aren't responding, change the outreach strategy.

If a campaign isn't performing, understand why.

If we're targeting the wrong type of creators, refine the criteria.

If you discover a new platform, community, affiliate network, or partnership model that

could work for Drytis, investigate it and propose how we should use it.

If a creator misses a deadline, follow up and resolve it.

If a partnership performs well, figure out how to scale it.

We expect you to manage the function proactively rather than waiting for leadership to tell you what to do next.

What You'll Own

Influencer & Creator Discovery

Identify creators who align with Drytis, our products, and our target audiences.

Research creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, newsletters, communities, podcasts, and other relevant channels.

Evaluate creators based on audience relevance, content quality, engagement, authenticity, historical performance, brand fit, and potential commercial impact.

Build and continuously maintain a qualified creator pipeline.

Creator Outreach

Own creator outreach from initial contact through partnership confirmation.

Develop personalized outreach strategies rather than relying only on generic templates.

Manage follow-ups systematically so opportunities don't disappear because someone forgot to respond.

Experiment with different outreach messages, channels, offers, and approaches to improve response and conversion rates.

Maintain an organized pipeline showing exactly where every creator relationship stands.

Negotiation & Partnerships

Handle creator and influencer negotiations independently.

Discuss pricing, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, content requirements, affiliate structures, and other partnership terms.

Understand when a creator's pricing makes sense and when it doesn't.

Develop partnership models that balance creator incentives with Drytis's business objectives.

Explore paid partnerships, affiliate deals, performance-based compensation, product collaborations, long-term partnerships, and hybrid models.

Campaign Execution

Own campaigns from idea to completion.

Develop campaign briefs and communicate expectations clearly to creators.

Coordinate content timelines, deliverables, approvals, links, tracking, and publishing schedules.

Ensure creators deliver what was agreed upon without leadership having to continuously follow up.

Identify blockers early and solve them.

Maintain visibility into what is scheduled, what is live, what is delayed, and what needs attention.

Affiliate Marketing

Help build and scale Drytis's affiliate program.

Identify and recruit relevant affiliates, creators, publishers, communities, and potential distribution partners.

Manage affiliate onboarding and communication.

Develop affiliate offers, incentives, and promotional opportunities.

Monitor affiliate activity and identify high-performing partners.

Build stronger relationships with affiliates capable of becoming meaningful acquisition channels.

Performance & Analytics

Influencer marketing should not be measured simply by how many creators were contacted.

Track metrics such as:

Creator outreach volume and response rates

Partnership conversion rates

Campaign reach and engagement

Traffic generated

Sign-ups and conversions

Affiliate-generated customers

Cost per acquisition

Revenue generated

Return on campaign spend

Creator and affiliate performance over time

Use performance data to determine which creators, platforms, campaign types, and partnership models deserve more investment.

Relationship Management

Build genuine long-term relationships with creators and affiliates.

Keep strong partners engaged beyond a single campaign.

Identify creators who could become recurring brand partners or advocates.

Maintain professional communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Resolve issues independently whenever possible.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Regularly study how other AI and technology companies work with creators and affiliates.

Identify interesting campaigns, partnership models, creator strategies, and distribution opportunities.

Understand what is happening across the creator economy rather than waiting for leadership to discover opportunities.

Bring useful insights and recommendations to the team.

What We're Looking For

We care significantly more about ownership, execution ability, and judgment than years of experience.

You may be a great fit if you:

Have hands-on experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate

marketing, or creator-led growth.

Know how to find relevant creators rather than waiting for someone to provide a list.

Are comfortable reaching out to dozens or hundreds of potential partners and

systematically following up.

Can negotiate creator partnerships confidently.
