About IIVS- Indian Institute of Vedic Science (IIVS) is rapidly expanding its global presence in the field of Vedic and Holistic Science education. We are building a high-performing influencer-driven ecosystem to scale our learner enrolments across India and abroad.

Role Overview- We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Influencer Affiliate Manager to recruit, activate, and manage influencers at scale. The ideal candidate must excel in outreach, negotiation, and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruit 50100 new creators every month for affiliate partnerships

Execute 300500 targeted DMs per day across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

Convince creators to join on a per-sale commission model

Activate influencers to publish content regularly and push performance

Track clicks, leads, and sales using CRM and affiliate dashboards

Manage weekly commission payouts with complete transparency

Increase monthly enrolments through creator-driven traffic

Maintain reports, track KPIs, and optimize recruitment funnels

Required Skills & Expertise :

14 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate recruitment

Proven ability to meet high-volume outreach and conversion targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

High-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with fast-paced execution

Experience with CRM, payout management, and tracking tools

Ability to handle multiple creator pipelines independently Ideal Candidate

Comes with hands-on experience in mass outreach and influencer onboarding

Has a strong understanding of creator behaviour and affiliate psychology
