That's what we're building.

Fluencity is India's firstAI-powered autonomous operating system for influencers. We're automating the repetitive, time-consuming parts of talent management: contract drafting, payment tracking, deal negotiations, and admin work. This lets creators and their managers focus on strategy, relationships, and growth.

The response has been insane:600+ creators requested to join our private beta within 5 days... last week. We've now onboarded 500+ creators across India and UAE, and inbound interest is exploding.

We're not just building another SaaS tool. We're building the intelligent operating system that powers the next generation of the creator economy.

The Role

You'll beemployee #5-8on the founding team, managing the entire creator lifecycle from onboarding to retention. Think of this as an agency account manager role, but instead of juggling endless spreadsheets and emails, you're managing influencers on our platform, handling their needs, feature requests, and ensuring they succeed.

Your Day-to-Day:

Onboard inbound creators- Take new signups from registration to their first successful brand deal

Account management- Be the primary point of contact for creators; handle queries, resolve issues, manage expectations

Problem-solving- Troubleshoot technical issues, brand deal conflicts, payment queries with speed and empathy. (Dont worry AI does almost all of it)

Client servicing- Proactive check-ins, relationship building, ensuring creators extract maximum value from the platform. (Yes this! This is something that you will LEAD!)

Convert to paid- Guide free trial users to paid subscriptions through value demonstration

Build operations- Create SOPs for onboarding, support workflows, escalation processes

Product feedback- Channel creator insights directly to founders to improve the platform

Who Should Apply

This role isonly for candidates with talent/influencer agency experience, not social media marketing, content creation, or community management roles.

Required:

  • 1-3 years at a talent management talent management agency, influencer agency, or celebrity management firm.
  • Experience as Account Manager, Talent Coordinator, Client Servicing, or similar role
  • Deep understanding of how influencers work: brand deals, content deliverables, negotiations, contracts
  • Managed multiple clients/talents simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

Bonus:

  • Network in India's creator/influencer ecosystem
  • Experience with SaaS tools or tech platforms
  • Understanding of influencer monetization models

  • What You'll Earn

    • 4-6 LPA(base + performance commission)
    • 0.1-0.25% ESOPS

    Performance-driven role with uncapped commission on paid creator conversions. Base salary + commission structure details shared with shortlisted candidates.
