Our client (Digital Marketing Agency) is looking for a result driven
Influencer Marketing Manager with strong exposure to influencers to manage
performance-focused global campaigns across India, Middle East, and South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, shortlist, onboard, and manage finance/crypto/fintech influencers & KOLs
- Source influencers via Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram
- Evaluate creators based on engagement, audience quality, geography, and past collaborations
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations
- Execute campaigns (reels, stories, YouTube videos, live sessions, Telegram posts)
- Manage content calendars, tracking links, creatives, and timely deliveries
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers
- Act as the main point of contact and handle coordination/conflict resolution
- Track performance (views, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns
- Stay updated with influencer, crypto, trading, and Web3 trends
- Ensure influencer content complies with platform policies and financial ad guidelines
Requirements
- Proven influencer marketing experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Telegram
- Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns
- Comfortable working with global creators
- Performance-driven mindset focused on ROI & KPIs
Mandatory Criteria –
- 2-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
- Average budget to be handled per campaign 5-8 lakhs
- Must have experience in handling end to end influencer marketing campaigns from scratch.
- Good communication skills
