Role: Industry Sales – BFSI (Revenue Owner)
This is not a presentation role.
This is a revenue ownership role.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and closing enterprise pipeline
- Cracking large BFSI accounts
- Driving strategic deals from 0 → closure
- Owning revenue targets end-to-end
What You Will Do
- Drive enterprise sales across Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, AMCs, Fintech
- Build relationships with:
- CXOs (CEO, COO, CTO, CDO)
- Digital / CX Heads
- Collections / Ops / Contact Center Heads
- Identify and sell high-impact use cases:
- Multilingual onboarding journeys
- AI voice bots (collections / servicing)
- OCR + KYC automation
- Customer communication compliance
- Regional language CX transformation
- Own full lifecycle:
- Prospecting → Pitch → Demo → PoC → Closure → Expansion
- Work closely with:
- Founder's office
- Product & pre-sales
- Customer success team
Who Should Apply
We are looking for operators, not coordinators.
- 6–15 years experience in BFSI / fintech enterprise sales
- Strong network within Banks / NBFCs / Insurance
- Proven ability to close high deals
- Experience in selling:
- SaaS / AI / Digital transformation / CX / Contact center / CRM / Tech platforms
- Understanding of:
- BFSI buying cycles
- Procurement & compliance processes
- Ability to navigate complex org structures
