Job Description

Hiring high-calibre industry sales professionals from BFSI who understand how enterprise revenue actually gets built.

Role: Industry Sales – BFSI (Revenue Owner)

This is not a presentation role.

This is a revenue ownership role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and closing enterprise pipeline
  • Cracking large BFSI accounts
  • Driving strategic deals from 0 → closure
  • Owning revenue targets end-to-end
What You Will Do

  • Drive enterprise sales across Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, AMCs, Fintech
  • Build relationships with:
  • CXOs (CEO, COO, CTO, CDO)
  • Digital / CX Heads
  • Collections / Ops / Contact Center Heads
  • Identify and sell high-impact use cases:
  • Multilingual onboarding journeys
  • AI voice bots (collections / servicing)
  • OCR + KYC automation
  • Customer communication compliance
  • Regional language CX transformation
  • Own full lifecycle:
  • Prospecting → Pitch → Demo → PoC → Closure → Expansion
  • Work closely with:
  • Founder's office
  • Product & pre-sales
  • Customer success team

Who Should Apply

We are looking for operators, not coordinators.

  • 6–15 years experience in BFSI / fintech enterprise sales
  • Strong network within Banks / NBFCs / Insurance
  • Proven ability to close high deals
  • Experience in selling:
  • SaaS / AI / Digital transformation / CX / Contact center / CRM / Tech platforms
  • Understanding of:
  • BFSI buying cycles
  • Procurement & compliance processes
  • Ability to navigate complex org structures
