Job Description
- Manage the flavour portfolio for carbonated soft drinks, juices, nectars, energy drinks, sports drinks, RTD beverages, flavoured water and alcoholic beverages.
- Develop profiles such as orange, lemon-lime, mango, tropical fruits, cola, berry, tea, coffee, botanical and functional flavours.
- Apply a strong understanding of acid / sweetness balance, flavour stability, heat processing, cloud / emulsion systems and flavour release.
- Work with beverage manufacturers on new product development, reformulation and flavour optimisation.
- Combine technical flavour knowledge, application development and customer management to drive business growth.
- Manage the flavour portfolio for milk, yogurt, ice cream and dairy desserts.
- Develop dairy flavour profiles such as vanilla, strawberry, mango, caramel and cream.
- Apply a strong understanding of heat stability, protein / fat interaction and masking in dairy systems.
- Work with dairy manufacturers to understand their needs and position suitable flavour solutions.
- Combine technical flavour knowledge, application development and customer management to drive business growth.
