We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Senior Consultant to join our team in noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Specification: SAP HCM Consultant (offshore)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant with a strong focus on Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) in the UK and Ireland region. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of local legislative requirements.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of HCM solutions, from requirement gathering and configuration to testing and post-go-live support, ensuring our HR systems are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Core HCM Configuration: Design, configure, and maintain SAP HCM modules, specifically Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).
• Payroll Excellence (UK & IE): Lead the configuration and support of SAP Payroll (PY) for the UK and Ireland. This includes maintaining schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, and ensuring statutory compliance (HMRC/Revenue).
• Self-Service & Time Management: Implement and optimise Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) portals. Configure Time Management (PT), including work schedules, absences, and quotas.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• System Integration: Support the integration between HCM and Finance, particularly regarding payroll posting and cost center accounting.
• Quality Assurance: Execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex payroll issues, year-end processing, and legal change patches (LCIs).
