Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and generate Net New Revenue by winning new deals in the Industry 4.0 space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial digital solutions, excellent sales acumen, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert new customers for our Industry 4.0 digital solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new revenue streams from industry verticals such as manufacturing, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, smart building and process industries.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, plant managers, and operations leaders.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to develop tailored digital solutions that align with client needs.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by securing new contracts and expanding market reach.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in Industry 4.0 and leverage insights to strengthen sales efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling in the industrial digital solutions space.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IIoT, AI, Cloud, Edge Computing, and Digital Twin.
  • Proven track record of hunting and acquiring new customers, with a demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with large enterprises and industrial customers.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive decision-making at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
