About The Role
We build production-grade agentic AI for Fortune 500 Industrial clients — not proofs of concept, not slideware, but reliable systems live in weeks.
We are hiring a founding Industrials SME to own our Chemicals, Energy, and Metals & Materials vertical. This is a client-facing, delivery-accountable role for a consultant who can operate independently with senior stakeholders, scope and execute AI/analytics engagements, and shape how we build the practice.
If you have spent 4–7 years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a tier-1 firm, hold an IIM (or equivalent) MBA, and can bring both Industrials depth and AI/ML fluency — this role is designed for you.

Client Leadership — Serve as primary point of contact from plant managers to C-suite; run discovery, alignment, and steering committee sessions independently

What You'll Own

- Problem Structuring — Translate ambiguous industrial challenges into scoped AI/analytics problem statements with clear value hypotheses
- End-to-End Delivery — Own requirements, modelling approach, implementation, and production outcomes alongside our AI engineering teams
- Proposal & RFP Leadership — Write winning narratives that combine sector insight, AI credibility, and delivery differentiation
- Practice Building — Define our Industrials point of view, use-case prioritisation, and go-to-market playbook
- What You Bring 4–7 years in management consulting, analytics consulting, or enterprise AI/analytics delivery
- MBB consulting background — McKinsey, BCG, Bain
- IIM or equivalent MBA — strong structured problem-solving and written communication
- Industrials exposure — Chemicals, Energy, or Metals & Materials
- AI/ML fluency — able to hold credible technical conversations and scope projects
- Client-facing track record — led engagements independently with senior stakeholders
- RFP/proposal experience — contributed to or written winning solutioning documents
