Industrial Trainee ICSI

· Support in compliance with Board Meeting, General Meeting activities, Filing of EForms with RoC, FEMA compliances, etc., for ZF Group entities.

· Support and learning on drafting, review, and vetting of commercial contracts, policies and company litigation.

· Support in handling and managing compliance management software

· Student registered with The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of India

· Law graduate or Pursuing LLB (5 or 3 years)

· Cleared Min. 1 Group of Professional (Level-3) exams of ICSI (Professional Cleared with prior work experience of 6 months preferred)

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Presentation and interpersonal Skills

· Fluent in Business English
