About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team for a one-year training period. The trainee will get hands-on experience across core finance functions including accounting, compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
- Support statutory and tax compliance activities
- Work on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Help coordinate internal and external audits
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passed both groups and currently pursuing final CA
- Eligible for 1-year industrial training as per ICAI guidelines
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Good communication and eagerness to learn
