Industrial Trainee - Controllership

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Trainee to join our Controllership team.

The trainee will assist in financial reporting, accounting, reconciliations, and compliance

processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations,

controllership practices, and internal control frameworks in a dynamic business

environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities.

Support the preparation and review of financial statements as per IND-AS/IFRS.

Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Work with teams on internal controls, process documentation, and audit requirements.

Assist in compliance and statutory reporting, including coordination with auditors.

Participate in cost tracking, accruals, and provisions management.

Support financial data analysis, MIS preparation, and reporting dashboards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, and tax teams for data accuracy

and control.

Desired Candidate Profile

CA - Intermediate

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Excel-based

analysis.

Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
