Job description:
Key ResponsibilitiesؠAchieve & ExceedSalesTargets:Plan, forecast, and consistently meet or exceedindustrialrevenue goals across assigned territories.
ؠMarket Expansion:Proactively develop the customer base through cold calls, networking, marketing campaigns, and regular field visits.
ؠChannel Development:Identify, evaluate, and appoint qualifiedindustrialdealers in key hubs.
ؠChannel & Partner Management:Build strong relationships with channel partners and manage theirsalesteams to deliver consistent results.
ؠIndustry Penetration:Drive product adoption and positioning within major processindustriesincluding Steel, Cement, Chemical, Metals, Textiles, Mining,Tyre's, andPaper& All types of ManufacturingIndustries.
ؠNew Business Development:Create compelling business cases to onboard new customers and drive sustained engagement.
ؠMarket Intelligence:Analyze and compile competitor and market trends to identify growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategy.
ؠOpportunity Management:Generate, track, and convert leads from both new and existing customers. Handle RFQ responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
ؠReceivables & Credit Control:Maintain healthy account receivables and ensure timely collections to support business health.
ؠActivity Planning & Branding:Organize and participate in exhibitions, product demos, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
ؠCross-Selling Initiatives:Collaborate with internal teamsengineering, marketing, etc.to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across business units.

RequiredSkills:
Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ ECE/ IE/ E&I)
Proven track record inindustrialsales.
Strong knowledge of theindustriallandscape and decision-making units (DMUs)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Eligibility:
2 to 6 years of experience in electronics and electrical manufacturing field sales
