Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities, identify potential clients, build strong client relationships, and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include 1. identifying opportunities in the relevant process industries, 2. proposing tailored solutions, 3. capturing sales leads from various platforms, 4. planning for work to be executed with the operations team, 5. coordinating with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong industrial sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet targets in industrial B2B segment
  • Work experience between 5-10 years is expected for the profile
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with solutions-selling, identifying client requirements, and crafting tailored proposals
  • Familiarity with industrial sales is necessary for the daily responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel to client sites to building long-term relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience considered
