Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Sales Engineer based in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell industrial measurement, automation, and maintenance solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, crafting tailored solutions, managing sales processes, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in strategizing and achieving business development goals in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Proven expertise in Sales and ability to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention
- Strong Customer Service skills with an emphasis on understanding and fulfilling client needs
- Experience in Business Development and Sales Management, focusing on industrial solutions
- Technical knowledge and experience in Automation-related solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in the industrial or automation sector is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindse.
- Must have min. 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
