Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Relations Manager located in Ariyalur. The Industrial Relations Manager will handle collective bargaining, manage employee and labor relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and develop and implement HR policies. They will also work on resolving disputes, facilitating communication between employees and management, and supporting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Collective Bargaining and Employee Relations
- Keen knowledge of Labor Relations and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage conflict
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
