The Industrial Relation Officer will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship between the management and employees, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations and a commitment to fostering a harmonious workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships between the organization and its employees.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with employee representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee relations practices and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial relations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
