Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Maneja we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer service), support the Problem Solving process for non-conformance reports (NCRs), and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing internal NCRs and supporting their closure using problem-solving methodologies, but also participate in customer inspections and qualify manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes.
We'll look to you for:
- Supporting Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) in your scope
- Managing internal NCRs, including characterization and closure using methodologies such as QRQC
- Participating in customer inspections to ensure product quality
- Qualifying manufacturing teams in self-inspection processes
- Managing Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)
- Performing workstation audits and follow-ups to ensure compliance
- Conducting or participating in product inspections, such as PCx, when required
- Driving performance improvements in external demerits, defects per unit, and first-pass yield to meet defined objectives
- Reducing the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ) per unit to achieve defined goals
- Contributing to APSYS score objectives for industrial quality requirements as per the APSYS roadmap
All About You

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality methodologies, including problem-solving techniques like QRQC
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality standards
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and self-inspection frameworks
- A certification in quality management or a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
