Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Industrial Growth Associate specializing in business and client support. The Industrial Growth Associate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, providing detailed client consultations, supporting industrial growth strategies, and assisting clients with strategic expansions. Day-to-day activities include operational planning, delivering training sessions, compiling insightful analytics, and maintaining open communication with clients and team members to ensure a seamless consultative process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research target industrial companies (engineering, chemicals, equipment)

Build qualified lead lists (not mass, but relevant)

Support outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + email)

Coordinate with founder on client discussions & follow-ups

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and strategy notes

Track and manage sales pipeline

Support webinars/events (industrial topics)

Daily / Weekly Execution

10–20 high-quality targeted outreach

Follow-ups with all active leads

Maintain structured pipeline (no missing data)

Weekly summary: leads → calls → opportunities

Skills Required

Strong communication (clear, structured thinking)

Ability to research and understand technical industries

Basic business understanding (B2B mindset)

Ownership: ability to work without constant follow-up

Good to Have

Background in engineering / industrial domain

Exposure to B2B sales or consulting

Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools

Success Metrics

Qualified leads generated

Meetings booked with relevant companies

Contribution to proposals and deal movement

Pipeline clarity and consistency
