Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Time Study, Motion Study, and Work Study
- Calculate SAM/SMV and improve production efficiency
- Perform Line Balancing and layout optimization
- Monitor productivity, capacity planning, and manpower utilization
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams
- Prepare daily/weekly IE reports and efficiency analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in SAM, SMV, Line Balancing, Work Study, and Capacity Planning
- Hands-on experience in garment/apparel manufacturing operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering
- Background from reputed garments/apparel companies
- Experience in knitted garments manufacturing preferred
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Qualification
- Degree in Textile, Apparel, Industrial Engineering, or related field
