Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.
- Develop and maintain production and quality control standards.
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
