YOUR ROLE
The Operation Industrial Engineer has responsibility for overall Fab Capacity, maintain the capacity model, uphold the capacity to prevent degradation, driving the team to meet OEE and work on capacity expansion.
Primary Job Functions:
- Ensure capacity modelling database integrity - OEE /Ptime/ Qualification
- To perform capacity analysis
- Drive operations for improvement
- Lead Programs related to Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency Productivity improvement and layout optimisation
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
- Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
- High level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation.
- Proficient in Business Communication and Written skills.
