Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to drive the success of our product development and optimization initiatives. In this role, you will represent Production with a holistic 360° perspective—balancing innovation, quality, cost, and availability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, Logistics, and Suppliers to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by achieving production targets and continuously optimizing processes through advanced technologies
• Ensure smooth and safe manufacturing operations, including equipment reliability
• Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and improve product quality
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and support product changes into serial production
• Analyze production-related technical issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Support product ramp-up and phase-out activities
• Design efficient production layouts using LEAN principles
• Leverage Virtual Reality (VR) tools to enhance planning and process optimization

Additional Expertise

• Strong understanding of jigs, fixtures, and process validation

Skills & Competencies

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and drive decisions
• Hands-on experience with production systems, assembly processes, and logistics methods
• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in English
• Exposure to electrical engineering concepts is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Virtual Reality (VR) tools (professional or personal) is preferred
