The company focuses on innovation, productivity excellence, and data-driven operations.
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned- Industrial Engineer to support the CEO/COO in driving productivity improvement, data analysis, and process optimization across our manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze production and operational data to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Drive productivity enhancement and cost-saving initiatives under CEO/COO guidance with defined performance outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain MIS dashboards, Power BI reports, and management presentations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct timemotion studies, process mapping, and performance benchmarking to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination for action closure on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Support digitalization of productivity data and develop automated performance tracking dashboards.
- Monitor KPI trends (OEE, productivity, utilization, rejection, downtime, and cost per unit) across Fabric, Sewing, and Art Material divisions.
- Track and report project progress, variance, and impact metrics to management on a periodic basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E./ B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from College of Repute.
- 8-10 years experience in Industrial Engineering process analysis, or manufacturing data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel/Power BI and analytical report preparation.
- Self-driven, analytical, and eager to learn under close CEO/COO mentorship.
