Industrial Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, UPS and other utility systems.
• Monitor and maintain building infrastructure and utility equipment.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints within the required time.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service technicians.
• Monitor AMC activities and ensure timely servicing of equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, service reports and equipment logs.
• Conduct regular inspection of electrical panels, pumps, water systems, lighting and other utilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Monitor utility consumption such as electricity and water and identify areas for reduction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security and other facility teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily/monthly maintenance reports and submit them to management.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and coordinate immediate corrective action.
• Ensure proper availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
