Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems for manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Install and upgrade electrical components, panels, and wiring as needed.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work and equipment updates.
- Perform light mechanical work as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a corrugated packaging manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Relevant certification or licensure is required.
