Job Description:

Hey there! We're on the hunt for Industrial Design Interns to come aboard and get some real-world experience in designing products for a range of different industries. We're after someone who's really into design, has a solid mix of creative and technical skills, and is keen to learn and pitch in on some cool projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to contribute to the creation and development of new product concepts and designs across various industries.
Participate in the design process from ideation and sketching to 3D modeling and prototyping, while considering form, function, and user experience.
Assist in conducting research on market trends, user needs, and competitive analysis to inform and inspire design solutions.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and participate in design reviews, providing valuable input and fresh perspectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to understand design requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
Support the development of compelling design presentations and documentation, including sketches, renderings, and CAD models, to effectively communicate design intent and direction.

Requirements:

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Strong sketching and conceptualization skills, with a good understanding of form, color, and materials.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchBook, Rhino, SolidWorks, or other relevant tools.
Passion for user-centered design, innovation, and the ability to think creatively to solve design challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design ideas effectively.
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic design environment.
