Indoor Sales
Results-driven sales professional focused on closing Tier 1-2 deals, executing a consultative sales process, and building strong client relationships — with a proven ability to self-source leads through LinkedIn and digital outreach channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full sales cycle for Tier 1-2 opportunities (AED 12K–24K annual value)
Conduct qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations
Present proposals and close deals within defined sales cycle timeframes
Follow BANT qualification framework for all opportunities
Self-generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted connection outreach, and content engagement strategies
Build and maintain a consistent personal pipeline through LinkedIn prospecting in addition to SDR-supplied leads
Maintain organized pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
Handle objections using the LAER framework and documented responses
Participate in ongoing sales training and skill development
Contribute to sales playbook development and best practice sharing
Attend weekly pipeline reviews and strategy meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
✓ 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with consistent target achievement
✓ Experience in professional services, accounting, or related industry preferred
✓ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn-based lead generation
✓ Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through outbound LinkedIn outreach and engagement
✓ Strong discovery and qualification skills
✓ Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
✓ Proficiency with CRM and proposal software (PandaDoc, etc.)
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
✓ Goal-oriented with strong work ethic
✓ Coachable and eager to learn
