Urgent Job Opening- Assistant Manager/Manager in GST & Indirect Tax Litigation
Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant having experience of Minimum 3-5 years experience in consulting firm GST & other Indirect Taxation in Mumbai. Client management & responsible for quality & timely delivery.
Preferred Locations: Mumbai-based candidates, preferably from the Central Line or Andheri.

Job Description: -
Demonstrate strong technical expertise and practical understanding of GST laws, Customs laws, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), and other allied indirect tax regulations.
Manage GST compliance assignments in accordance with statutory timelines, including preparation, review, and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and other applicable returns.
Conduct comprehensive GST reviews for clients across manufacturing and service sectors and identify key tax positions, risks, and compliance gaps.
Provide advisory support on complex indirect tax matters, including queries arising from GST returns, departmental notices, audits, assessments, and client-specific issues.
Prepare, file, and follow up on GST refund applications, including coordination with the tax authorities for timely processing and closure.
Manage and support GST audits, investigations, assessments, and litigation proceedings initiated by tax authorities, in coordination with senior management, clients, and relevant departments.
