Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on indirect tax and regulatory matters.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions, submissions, and briefs.
• Support GST, Customs, and FEMA-related matters.
• Assist in tax litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Review legislative updates, notifications, circulars, and judicial precedents.
• Support advisory projects and client assignments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. graduate from the Batch of 2026.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Prior internship experience in Indirect Tax Litigation preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
