Job Description

Location: Gurugram-New Delhi [Field / Hybrid] (Travel to clinics, hospitals & meetings required)

Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development / Field Sales (preferably in Health-tech, SaaS, Pharma, or Healthcare)

Salary: 6,00,000 Per Annum

About the Job:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our footprint across two key audiences—medical practitioners (doctors, clinics, and hospital networks) and individual consumers seeking to manage or reverse chronic health conditions.

The primary focus is to be the face of our company in the field—identifying market opportunities, conducting in-person product demonstrations, and converting conversations into long-term clinical partnerships and individual memberships.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, target-driven field sales professional who excels at both institutional B2B pitching and consultative B2C relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build a robust pipeline of prospective doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospital chains alongside individual consumer leads.

Map target territories and prioritize high-potential clinic accounts based on patient volume, digital readiness, and growth potential.

Deliver customized pitches and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to the specific audience, whether a hospital administrator or an individual family.

Convert qualified leads into signed accounts or enrolled members within defined sales cycles, confidently handling objections regarding pricing and technology adoption.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinical staff and members to drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and warm referrals.

Maintain 100% CRM hygiene by tracking every field visit, lead interaction, and pipeline update in real time.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends across clinical and consumer segments to consistently hit monthly revenue and meeting targets.

Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in business development, field sales, or corporate client acquisition.

Direct experience within the Health-tech, SaaS, Pharma, Wellness, or Healthcare industries is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales conversion targets across institutional or consumer spaces.

Strong communication and presentation skills with a unique ability to simplify technical or medical concepts for non-expert audiences.

Highly comfortable with active field travel, territory mapping, and direct face-to-face pitching.

Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for tracking sales pipelines and performance metrics.
