This role combines Indian real estate market analysis, financial evaluation, and on-ground coordination, offering hands-on exposure to real-world property and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Responsibilities

Conduct local market research on residential and commercial properties

Collect property data including pricing, location insights, rental yields, and demand trends

Coordinate site visits, property inspections, and documentation collection

Liaise with brokers, builders, owners, and local authorities as required

Verify property details, ownership information, and basic compliance documents

Support management with real-time local market intelligence

Finance & Analysis Responsibilities

Assist in financial analysis related to real estate assets and projects

Prepare cost sheets, ROI calculations, rental yield analysis, and comparison reports

Track property-related expenses, revenues, and deal metrics

Maintain Excel / Google Sheets reports and dashboards

Support basic forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Profile

Highly organized and dependable

Strong analytical, numerical, and logical thinking skills

Comfortable with both desk-based analysis and field work

Good communication and coordination abilities

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

Willing to learn Indian real estate and finance operations hands-on

Requirements

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

Educational background in Finance, Commerce, Management, or related fields preferred

Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Basic understanding of real estate, finance, or investment concepts

Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid driving license

Willingness to travel locally for property visits and data collection

Full-time onsite availability in Hyderabad

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Prior exposure to Indian real estate markets

Internship or project experience in finance or property analysis

Familiarity with ROI, IRR, rental yield calculations

Experience interacting with brokers, developers, or property owners
