Hiring: Analyst – APAC Payroll Operations | Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Operations professional to join a global operations team and support APAC payroll execution.

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: 4 Days WFO

Experience: 5+ Years

Education: Graduate

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)

Advanced MS Office / Excel skills

Good to Have

• SAP / ADP Payroll experience

• Experience with multinational payroll operations

• Payroll ERP exposure such as SAP, Workday or Oracle HCM

• Payroll automation / process improvement experience

• Knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliations

• Experience with HRIS, Time & Attendance and GL integrations

• Knowledge of SOX/ICFR and audit controls

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely end-to-end APAC payroll, Indian Payroll processing.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, regional payroll teams and external vendors.

• Maintain SOPs, process documentation and knowledge repositories.

• Prepare operational metrics and dashboards.

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.

• Support change initiatives and collaborate with technology/vendor teams.

• Validate payroll data, workflows, controls and exceptions.

• Investigate and reconcile payroll variances.

• Support stakeholders and team members through training and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Background: Payroll/Benefits/Taxation operations professionals, including candidates from Big 4 organizations.
