Job Title: Chef (Experienced)
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic dishes (North , Mughlai, Tandoor, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Manage kitchen operations during shifts and coordinate with team members
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
- Follow instructions from Head Chef and maintain kitchen discipline
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen
- Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and recipes
- Experience in Tandoor section will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexible with shifts and working hours
