Job Description

Job Title: Chef (Experienced)

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic dishes (North , Mughlai, Tandoor, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
  • Manage kitchen operations during shifts and coordinate with team members
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage
  • Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
  • Follow instructions from Head Chef and maintain kitchen discipline

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and recipes
  • Experience in Tandoor section will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Flexible with shifts and working hours
