Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for an Indian Accounts & Compliance Executive. Responsibilities include managing daily accounting tasks, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulations, and preparing financial analyses. The role will also require monitoring corporate tax obligations, managing payroll processes, ensuring adherence to local laws, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and auditing processes
• Skills in preparing financial statements, conducting analyses, and managing payrolls
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (CA/ICWA/CPA) is a plus
• Previous experience in accounts and compliance roles, particularly within India, is must
