Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential and existing customers to offer solutions based on their financial needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide leads through the sales process.
- No cold calling leads are pre-qualified and interested customers will be provided.
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team as necessary.
- Manage sales tools such as CRM software to track performance.
- Domestic process with day shifts and fixed timings.
- Work schedule: 5.5 days a week; Sunday, 2nd & 3rd Saturdays are off.
- Pick-and-drop facility from the nearest metro station is available.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in telesales, mortgages, or loans are welcome.
- Undergraduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferred: Graduates, P.G., or MBAs with a background in sales/finance.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong convincing and selling skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Confident, energetic, and well-presented.
- Ability to work efficiently with sales tools (CRM software).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: 15,000 25,000 CTC per month + Incentives based on performance.
- Additional benefits: ESIC, PF, Gratuity as per law, and group insurance coverage.
