Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential and existing customers to offer solutions based on their financial needs.
- Handleinbound and outbound callsto guide leads through the sales process.
- No cold calling leads are pre-qualified and interested customers will be provided.
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team as necessary.
- Manage sales tools such asCRM softwareto track performance.
- Domestic process with day shiftsand fixed timings.
- Work schedule:5.5 days a week;Sunday, 2nd & 3rd Saturdays are off.
- Pick-and-drop facilityfrom the nearest metro station is available.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresh graduatesor candidates withup to 3 years of experiencein telesales, mortgages, or loans are welcome.
- Undergraduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferred:Graduates, P.G., or MBAs with a background in sales/finance.
Key Skills and Competencies:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range:15,000 25,000 CTC per month +Incentivesbased on performance.
