- This role will be responsible for expanding Lenovo's Visuals Accessories business within the Value Channel.
- This role acts as a product specialist and strategic partner to Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), focusing on increasing attach rates (Monitor + Accessory) to core Client sales.
- The goal is to maximize revenue, Net Gross Profits, and customer satisfaction by enabling partners to sell the end-to-end Lenovo portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the subject matter expert on visual products, working with 4P, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Segment leads to ensure growth and competitiveness.
- Channel Partner Engagement Growth: Identify, onboard, and develop targeted Value partners. Work closely with partners to increase their technical capabilities and sales skills in monitors, docking stations, and other accessories.
- Attach Rate Optimization: Drive improved attach performance by partnering with sales teams to embed Visuals Accessories into core PC opportunities, ensuring a higher pen rate.
- Pipeline Management Revenue Conversion: Manage sales pipelines, ensure strong pipeline hygiene, and drive conversion from funnel to revenue using data-driven insights.
- Sales Enablement Training: Organize product training sessions and workshops for channel partners to boost awareness of Lenovo's portfolio (ThinkVision, ThinkPad Accessories)
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Create partner-specific growth initiatives and marketing activities. Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) deployment to ensure smooth transition and adoption by customers.
