Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Should have handled a minimum of 15-20 members team and should have onboarded minimum of 40+ joiners per month.
- Proven expertise in IT, with a strong understanding of market trends and hiring strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS tools, HR analytics, and sourcing technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end Contract staffing from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain delivery excellence.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Ensure data accuracy and effective usage of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.
- Monitor and report key metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to design competitive compensation and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity objectives, and labor regulations.
