India Sales Lead - Creative Growth & Brand Partnerships

As India Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating new business momentum and unlocking high‑value client partnerships.
You will operate at the frontline of growth - opening doors, influencing decision‑makers, shaping deals and closing revenue.
What You Will Drive
• Identify and convert new opportunities across Retail, FMCG, D2C, BFSI, Technology, Pharma, Lifestyle and Media sectors
• Build strategic relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Leaders and Digital stakeholders
• Own the complete sales lifecycle-pipeline creation to deal closure
• Craft intelligent outreach strategies using LinkedIn, networks and industry events
• Partner with creative and strategy teams to design winning proposals
• Represent AIM in the market as a confident brand ambassador
• Contribute insights to shape India market expansion strategy
