Role Description The India Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity for individuals or organizations interested in establishing and managing Lingua Learn's presence in India. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local market development, promoting Lingua Learn's language and corporate training services, and managing client acquisition and retention through digital and offline channels. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn's Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academics to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities also include recruiting and supporting teaching staff as needed, monitoring performance metrics, and adapting offerings to local market requirements while maintaining Lingua Learn's quality standards. The role requires proactive business development, strong relationship management, and consistent collaboration with the global Lingua Learn network.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client outreach, marketing, and clear coordination with the global support team.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand local market trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support staff onboarding, quality assurance, and delivery of language and soft-skills programs.
• Experience in business development, franchise or education management, and digital marketing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with the Indian education or corporate training landscape and a demonstrated interest in language learning or edtech are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
